The room is heated to a high temperature, typically between 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit, to help students sweat and detoxify their bodies while also allowing for deeper flexibility and increased focus.
Throughout the class, your instructor will offer modifications and options for students of all levels, making the practice accessible to beginners while still providing a challenge for more experienced practitioners. The class ends with a series of cooling down poses and a final relaxation in Savasana to allow the body to rest and integrate the benefits of the practice.
